Refund & Return Policy – Dawaai At Door

Return Eligibility

You can request a return in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged product during delivery

  • Expired product received

  • Quantity mismatch

Items Not Eligible for Return

As per drug regulations, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used medicines

  • Temperature-sensitive medicines

  • Prescription medicines without valid reason

  • Items without original packaging

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Provide order details and product images

  3. Our team will review and arrange pickup (if eligible)

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method or wallet

  • In case of COD orders, refund will be transferred to customer’s bank account

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it is packed/dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
